As the controller, the Taylored Dental Care has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. 4. Collection of general data and information

The website of the Taylored Dental Care collects a series of general data and information when a data subject or automated system calls up the website. This general data and information are stored in the server log files. Collected may be (1) the browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which an accessing system reaches our website (so-called referrers), (4) the sub-websites, (5) the date and time of access to the Internet site, (6) an Internet protocol address (IP address), (7) the Internet service provider of the accessing system, and (8) any other similar data and information that may be used in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.

When using these general data and information, the Taylored Dental Care does not draw any conclusions about the data subject. Rather, this information is needed to (1) deliver the content of our website correctly, (2) optimize the content of our website as well as its advertisement, (3) ensure the long-term viability of our information technology systems and website technology, and (4) provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in case of a cyber-attack. Therefore, the Taylored Dental Care analyzes anonymously collected data and information statistically, with the aim of increasing the data protection and data security of our enterprise, and to ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.

5. Registration on our website

The data subject has the possibility to register on the website of the controller with the indication of personal data. Which personal data are transmitted to the controller is determined by the respective input mask used for the registration. The personal data entered by the data subject are collected and stored exclusively for internal use by the controller, and for his own purposes. The controller may request transfer to one or more processors (e.g. a parcel service) that also uses personal data for an internal purpose which is attributable to the controller.

By registering on the website of the controller, the IP address—assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) and used by the data subject—date, and time of the registration are also stored. The storage of this data takes place against the background that this is the only way to prevent the misuse of our services, and, if necessary, to make it possible to investigate committed offenses. Insofar, the storage of this data is necessary to secure the controller. This data is not passed on to third parties unless there is a statutory obligation to pass on the data, or if the transfer serves the aim of criminal prosecution.

The registration of the data subject, with the voluntary indication of personal data, is intended to enable the controller to offer the data subject contents or services that may only be offered to registered users due to the nature of the matter in question. Registered persons are free to change the personal data specified during the registration at any time, or to have them completely deleted from the data stock of the controller.

The data controller shall, at any time, provide information upon request to each data subject as to what personal data are stored about the data subject. In addition, the data controller shall correct or erase personal data at the request or indication of the data subject, insofar as there are no statutory storage obligations. A Data Protection Officer particularly designated in this data protection declaration, as well as the entirety of the controller’s employees are available to the data subject in this respect as contact persons.

6. Subscription to our newsletters

On the website of the Taylored Dental Care, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our enterprise’s newsletter. The input mask used for this purpose determines what personal data are transmitted, as well as when the newsletter is ordered from the controller.

The Taylored Dental Care informs its customers and business partners regularly by means of a newsletter about enterprise offers. The enterprise’s newsletter may only be received by the data subject if (1) the data subject has a valid e-mail address and (2) the data subject registers for the newsletter shipping. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered by a data subject for the first time for newsletter shipping, for legal reasons, in the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation e-mail is used to prove whether the owner of the e-mail address as the data subject is authorized to receive the newsletter.

During the registration for the newsletter, we also store the IP address of the computer system assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) and used by the data subject at the time of the registration, as well as the date and time of the registration. The collection of this data is necessary in order to understand the (possible) misuse of the e-mail address of a data subject at a later date, and it therefore serves the aim of the legal protection of the controller.

The personal data collected as part of a registration for the newsletter will only be used to send our newsletter. In addition, subscribers to the newsletter may be informed by e-mail, as long as this is necessary for the operation of the newsletter service or a registration in question, as this could be the case in the event of modifications to the newsletter offer, or in the event of a change in technical circumstances. There will be no transfer of personal data collected by the newsletter service to third parties. The subscription to our newsletter may be terminated by the data subject at any time. The consent to the storage of personal data, which the data subject has given for shipping the newsletter, may be revoked at any time. For the purpose of revocation of consent, a corresponding link is found in each newsletter. It is also possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time directly on the website of the controller, or to communicate this to the controller in a different way.

7. Newsletter-Tracking

The newsletter of the Taylored Dental Care contains so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic embedded in such e-mails, which are sent in HTML format to enable log file recording and analysis. This allows a statistical analysis of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns. Based on the embedded tracking pixel, the Taylored Dental Care may see if and when an e-mail was opened by a data subject, and which links in the e-mail were called up by data subjects.

Such personal data collected in the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters are stored and analyzed by the controller in order to optimize the shipping of the newsletter, as well as to adapt the content of future newsletters even better to the interests of the data subject. These personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Data subjects are at any time entitled to revoke the respective separate declaration of consent issued by means of the double-opt-in procedure. After a revocation, these personal data will be deleted by the controller. The Taylored Dental Care automatically regards a withdrawal from the receipt of the newsletter as a revocation.

8. Contact possibility via the website

The website of the Taylored Dental Care contains information that enables a quick electronic contact to our enterprise, as well as direct communication with us, which also includes a general address of the so-called electronic mail (e-mail address). If a data subject contacts the controller by e-mail or via a contact form, the personal data transmitted by the data subject are automatically stored. Such personal data transmitted on a voluntary basis by a data subject to the data controller are stored for the purpose of processing or contacting the data subject. There is no transfer of this personal data to third parties.

9. Routine erasure and blocking of personal data

The Data Protection Officer of the Taylored Dental Care or another employee will arrange the necessary measures in individual cases.

  • e) Right of restriction of processing

Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies:

    • The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data.

11. Legal basis for the processing

Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, as is the case, for example, when processing operations are necessary for the supply of goods or to provide any other service, the processing is based on Article 6(1) lit. b GDPR. The same applies to such processing operations which are necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures, for example in the case of inquiries concerning our products or services. Is our company subject to a legal obligation by which processing of personal data is required, such as for the fulfillment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6(1) lit. c GDPR. In rare cases, the processing of personal data may be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were injured in our company and his name, age, health insurance data or other vital information would have to be passed on to a doctor, hospital or other third party. Then the processing would be based on Art. 6(1) lit. d GDPR. Finally, processing operations could be based on Article 6(1) lit. f GDPR. This legal basis is used for processing operations which are not covered by any of the abovementioned legal grounds, if processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data. Such processing operations are particularly permissible because they have been specifically mentioned by the European legislator. He considered that a legitimate interest could be assumed if the data subject is a client of the controller (Recital 47 Sentence 2 GDPR).

12. The legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party

Where the processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1) lit. f GDPR our legitimate interest is to carry out our business in favor of the well-being of all our employees and the shareholders.

13. Period for which the personal data will be stored

The criteria used to determine the period of storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After expiration of that period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, as long as it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or the initiation of a contract.

14. Provision of personal data as statutory or contractual requirement; Requirement necessary to enter into a contract; Obligation of the data subject to provide the personal data; possible consequences of failure to provide such data

We clarify that the provision of personal data is partly required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or can also result from contractual provisions (e.g. information on the contractual partner). Sometimes it may be necessary to conclude a contract that the data subject provides us with personal data, which must subsequently be processed by us. The data subject is, for example, obliged to provide us with personal data when our company signs a contract with him or her. The non-provision of the personal data would have the consequence that the contract with the data subject could not be concluded. Before personal data is provided by the data subject, the data subject must contact our Data Protection Officer. Our Data Protection Officer clarifies to the data subject whether the provision of the personal data is required by law or contract or is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, whether there is an obligation to provide the personal data and the consequences of non-provision of the personal data.

I was told I needed some oral care after a check-up.Although I was a bit sceptical at the time I agreed to have the treatment done by the hygienist!Am so glad I did!My mouth feels fresh there’s no bleeding when I clean my teeth and my girlfriend has told me I don’t have bad breath any more.Would have been nice if she had told me I had bad breath sooner! Can’t phrase this dentist enough the hygienist was very thorough!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Graham for sorting out the most horrendous tooth ache. He was amazing from start to finish and made me feel so at ease through out my procedure. Thank you so much 😁
I would personally like to thank Graham and the team especially Maxine (without Maxine’s words of encouragement I may have just turned around and left 😍) having a huge fear of dentists, and having not seen one for several years this was a massive ordeal for me. I soon realised after my first visit, that all those years of fear and the panic of the smell, noise, pain, injections etc were about to be eliminated with their empathy of my phobia. I cannot believe just how quick the straightening of my teeth has taken.....just 6 months from start to finish! This is absolutely amazing and has been the easiest and simplest process ever!!!! I can’t thank Graham enough for giving me my smile back x Thank you 😬
I suffered a "bad experience" in a dentist chair and was absolutely terrified of having my essential root canal completed. After leaving 5 other dentists in tears stuffing tooth ache for two years I eventually found Taylored Dental Care. I can not recommend highly enough. I have completed all the necessary work required on my teeth completely pain free and have no crippling anxiety with the thought of my next check up.
Thank you making me so so welcome am so so glad am under your care look forward to seeing you in six months time ps my dentist I saw was so gentle and understanding with me thank you 😊 again and the coffee my friend had said it was lovely!!
The friendliest team of true professionals. I cannot recommend Taylored Dental Care enough. Thank you!
Following on my review on the Wibsey page, last week I received treatment under sedation at the Idle practice. Just like at Wibsey, the staff were fantastic, not only looking after me but my mother too who came with me. So much so, by the time I had finished, she had booked an appointment for herself she was that impressed with how they had dealt with me and the difference she saw in my nerves. But more importantly for me, today the impossible happened. I went to the wibsey clinic to be checked over and for the first time in my life I sat in that chair and did not panic, flinch, shake or cry. When I had my socket rinsed I didnt think anything of it. I walked out as if i had walked out of a shop. I cried my eyes out when i got home and again later on, because tomorrow is my birthday and Taylored Dental Care (staff at all their practices as I've either seen on spoke to someone at them all, like a second family to me now lol) have given me what I always dreamed of but never thought possible, a smile and to be free from that gripping phobia that shattered all my self confidence. They actually made my impossible happen, and I could never thank them all enough

Thank you to the staff who treated my son today in Ilkley. He was extremely anxious and they took so much time to calm him down. The dentist and nurse were extremely patient and the care was outstanding.
I felt very comfortable when being seen today and appreciated being able to sit more upright thank you

Years of personal neglect meant that all of my teeth and gums were in a right old state. Carl Taylor (Dentist) and Sarah Carr (Dental Hygienist) have between them salvaged what could have been a piteous future for my teeth and the prospect of eating with a lot fewer teeth. Consummate professionalism from all concerned and totally pain free dentistry. Add to that the friendliness and non-judgemental outlook and I would never consider going to any other dentist. Hooray for totally pain free !!!!

I've been with the Wibsey branch for nearly two years now and the service has been fantastic. Warm and friendly staff who always take care of me and meet my needs, treatments are explained clearly from the get go. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Definitely worth visiting if you're apprehensive of going to a dentist.
Excellent! Friendly and professional, relaxed and supportive. Couldn't ask for a more caring dentist and staff. Thank you.
I attended Taylored dental in idle to see the hygienist, I will be recommending them to all my friends and family as I was really happy with both service and the results of the clean and polish.A much nicer experience than my old dentist!!!

I was really nervous about having a wisdom tooth removed. Firstly Maxine the receptionist made me feel so at ease chatting and laughing so it took my mind off it. Graham and his lovely assistant were absolutely brilliant, so kind, calm and caring. Chatting away to me and making me feel totally at ease. I have never before come out of the dentist after having a tooth removed laughing and not in any pain whatsoever and feeling great about my visit. Thank Graham and your lovely team 🙂 see you soon.
Great service received during my appointment today. Very friendly reception staff on arrival. Friendly dentist and assistant who once again provided me with a thorough review, clean and polish. Thanks all!

Having been a patient at the Keighley practice since Taylored took over i can honestly say i have yet to have a bad experience. Graham and his team are polite, professional and put you at ease from the moment you arrive. All of the treatments i've had have been fully explained to me and you honestly don't feel a thing. I would highly recommend anyone, especially if you're nervous of the dentist, to trust Taylored to look after you.

Ashamed to say that I had my first appointment in 15 years due to a fear of visiting the dentist! I cannot recommend Carl & Nik enough for making me feel at ease and more importantly - making it pain free!! I'll definitely be a more frequent visitor 😊
not been to a dentist in years due to a huge phobia and was in absolute agony with a broken tooth. after a week of it getting worse I knew I had to get it sorted. I just want to say thank you to the staff at the Wibsey branch. From the receptionist who listened to me crying down the phone for at least 15 minutes because of how scared I was just making an appointment and listened to my story, then got me an emergency appointment an hour later, to the dental nurse who reassured me when I was crying, held my hand and rubbed my hair at my request (we laughed over that too but it's really relaxing) and who chatted to me when I was outside waiting to go home, and finally to the amazing dentist who not once rushed me, gsve me time to calm at each point, did everything to make sure I felt nothing and was comfortable and calm and answered every one of the 100 questions I had.on my way out I even booked a new customer consultation for a full check up.thank u so much!
First visit to see new dentist (Nick), having previously been used to Ieuon who I was told has moved elsewhere. No problems with my check up etc and I found Nick to be friendly and helpful. No qualms about any future visits!

Amazing dental care from really kind and caring staff. I am starting to look forward to the dentist... well maybe not, but it is great dental practice and I recommend it
Coming from a generation with poor dentists, i have to say that Mrs. R. Cutler at the Wibsey practice has restored my faith in dentistry. I'm still a little nervous when my appointment comes round, but she soon puts my mind at ease. Thank you
iv not seen a dentist in over 10 year due to having a huge phobia,my 1st visit they made me feel so relaxed n comfortable and the work on my teeth has began, jan 20019,im still a little nervous but not as bad as i was.Today was the last day of my treatment april 2019 and im so proud of myself from were i started and up to now,I certainly have my confidence and my smile back,im no longer scared to visit the dentist, thank you so much
Could not fault the service i have received starting with my initial visit in June 2018. The dentist had a very sympathetic manner ( and as i had an abhorrent fear of dentist my teeth were in quite a state ) he explained everything in detail and to be honest i did not feel a thing as he did the necessary extractions and fillings, and the partial dentures i required have caused me no problems whatsoever. Many Thanks to all at the surgery.

On my very first visit I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. My dentist Graham talked me through everything that was going to be needed and why, (and there was a lot to be done!), and very patiently took me through each procedure as we went along. I'm now at the check-up and clean twice a year stage, and it's been a very positive experience. Thank you to all xxx
After been afraid of dentists for a lot of years I decided to join Taylored Dental care as my grandaughter works there and I heard so many good things about it. I am so glad I did. The service I received from start to finish was amazing, I was made to feel relaxed and the treatment I also received was by far the best! Sarah & Ioan and the team at idle are great! X
I’m not a lover of visiting the Dentist, but I know I’m in good hands when I visit my Dentist and hygienist, they are very professional, patient, friendly and very kind and gentle when dealing with me , that’s why I rate my visits as excellent 💫💫💫💫💫

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Taylored Dental Care in Keighley. Today was my first visit in the hope that they could help with a ongoing problem that a previous dental practice really hadn’t helped sort. Graham explained everything so well and the treatment was first class. I will now be going there for all my treatments and check ups. Thank you so much.
I would like to thank Carl and his team at Ilkley for seeing me at such a short notice during the festive holidays. I also like to thank the team for putting me at ease and explaining my options for future treatments as a nervous patient 🙂

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Taylored Dental Care in Keighley. I have been a patient for a few years now and while I will never look forward to going to the dentist I am far less nervous a patient thanks to Graham and the team of nurses. Everyone working there is always helpful, friendly and sympathetic to any concerns I have, I would recommend them to anyone but especially if you are a nervous patient.

Went here for the very first time yesterday. I rang desperate and in pain as my normal dentist couldnt fit me in before my holidays. The reception staff were very polite and understanding and helped get me an appointment within 3 hours of my call. The dentist was kind and caring and explained everything fully. He was happy to spend time and go through different options with me. Nothing was rushed. I now go on my holidays happy and pain free thanks so much 🙂

Found this dentist (Keighley) after having issues with previous dentists and have to say i have been more than impressed. The standard of dentistry here is very high. Wish i had come here earlier. My partner and children now come here and are equally impressed.
I'm so nervous about visiting the dentist , I was shaking just phoning and making the appointment, I was in tears before I even got in there , shaking sweating , the receptionist was lovely the dental nurse came in to see me while I was sat in reception ( at this point I wanted to run ) explained to me at any point all I had to do was put up my hand and they would stop , any way the dentist was lovely very gentle kind and understanding, even managed to make me laugh while I was still having a melt down , my anxiety about going to the dentist is so bad I haven't been to the dentist in years , I felt embarrassed about the way I react as in the past I've been made to feel stupid about my fears , anyway before I knew it it was all over and done , I was so nervous I can't even remember the names of the staff for that I apologise, if you need to se a dentist and have a real fear like I do , please give them a call , I've booked in again in a couple of weeks and although I know I will still be nervous I know I'm in good hands , thank you so much to the team at keighley taylored dental care xxx
I saw Sarah today & she was brilliant, so patient & understanding (I'm a big wuss when it comes to my teeth) but I won't worry about my next visit. The whole practice at Idle is very professional yet friendly & I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a fear of visiting the dentist.
