From your very first visit, we will take the time to listen to you. We want to know exactly why you have come to us and what you want, and it’s really important that we start getting to know you and you start getting to know us.

If you have the time, we will give you a full tour of the practice and introduce you to our friendly staff.

Most importantly, if you’re nervous, please tell us. It’s understandable and you’re not alone. We pride ourselves on our ‘Calm & Gentle’ treatments and can help calm your fears. Getting acquainted with us and our practice at this early stage is a great first step in reducing anxiety.

One more thing, general dental and cosmetic dentistry treatments are not offered on your first visit. Instead, the focus is on getting to know you, listening to your needs and setting your second appointment for future treatment.

At this first visit, your dentist will discuss with you your dental and general well-being. You will also receive information about our package for new patients.
